Very clean pool, parking on-site. Brand-new and beautifully presented rooms with separate bathrooms. Early check-in, genuinely helpful employees. Easy to get to, perfectly comfortable and easy location short walk to the township on the hill and the large trucks which travel north and south all night.

I stayed here for a weekend and would have extended the stay. The place deserved 4 stars. The staff were efficient and excellent, nothing to complain about. The food was reasonably priced. The location was very central, perfect close to shops. Plus, it was short walk to the town centre and all amenities.

Reasonably clean place with lovely friendly staff and lovely view over Kaikoura bay. Very central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Mayfair Theatre. Also, close to town walking distance to shops.

The location was magnificent and stunning for Kaikoura, just next door to activities to do, restaurants to eat at and places to visit, and the Esplanade. The provided service was good. Loved our stay there and would stay here again.

The service was terrific as we had expected. Staff were excellent, room was extremely pleasant and air conditioned with comfy bed. The hotel was in a beautiful and wonderful location, near shoreline.

It has absolutely perfect very central location close to bars and restaurants. Furthermore, it's very close to the centre of town and the quiet surroundings, and Very close to the State Highway.

The total stay was REALLY NICE with great family owned service.

The rooms were good sized, there was a very comfy bed. The bathroom was generous sized and it had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets for my convenience. I found the hotel's location particularly good, close to eateries:)))

It has stunning location, close enough to town centre and restaurants as well as hill to restaurants. There is plenty of great food for breakfast.

Came here for 2 nights with my family, everything was very good. The room was perfectly clean, especially an excellent view out to the mountains from the window. I greatly enjoyed wake-up service available. The pool area was good and the location was marvellous, short walk to the bay and mountains. Besides, the hotel was relatively close to Ohau Point Seal Colony.

The hotel was located adjacent to Kaikoura as well as shopping area and beach. The location was magnificent in easy walking distance to local pubs. Everything was simply perfect...
